I was on vacation in California (I live in Virginia), but had to have a drug test for a new job. I had accepted the job offer right before we flew to California, and the drug test had to be done within 48 hours of accepting the offer. We found a Quest in Petaluma, arrived bright and early at 7 am to be first in line... only to be told they didn't do drug tests until 2 pm and after! I was very upset and started crying. The wonderful lady at Quest took me in, after asking two other clients if it was OK, and made me feel very comfortable. Not only did she go out of her way, but with a smile too.
