I just happened to be in Petaluma for an early morning appointment and noticed this lab was nearby which was great because we don't have one in Novato. I dropped in, no appointment, signed in on the kiosk and was seen within 20 minutes. TWENTY MINUTES!! When was the last time you went to any doctor appointment (keyword: appointment) and didn't wait that long...or longer!? Did I mention I only saw one person holding this all down? Maybe someone else was in the back but this woman handled it from the front counter, drawing blood, computer work, etc. She deserves 5 stars herself. Professional staff, front office/waiting area clean, patient rooms clean, restrooms clean. If you are uneasy about having blood-work done like I am and a lot of others are, she carries on a normal conversation. It takes the focus off what's actually going on and you're done before you know it!
