I went into Quest Diagnostics to have my 1 year old daughters blood drawn and the staff there was SO wonderful! We were in and out within 20 minutes and the ladies were so gentle with my baby girl. I was so thankful being that this is my first baby and I was probably more nervous than she was. The quality of care was really fantastic and I truly appreciate how kind they were during a stressful situation for the both of us.

One person working in the morning. 1- 1/2 wait time... Go to another location! I should have looked at reviews prior.

I was very hesitant to come here after reading all the horrible reviews but my doctor told me I had to get the blood work done ASAP! When I arrived I checked in and only waited 30 mins . I don’t understand where people got the rude staff from or worst than DMV. The location is very nice and clean , and the lady I dealt with was very friendly and nice !

The worst lab. Every time you come here it's minimum 1 hr wait, sometimes 2!!!..for no reason except the staff DRAG their feet and appointments mess everything up. I use Sunrise Labs when I can and I've NEVER EVER been there longer then 15 mins. And they don't take appointments. Quest really sucks and I dread coming here.

This was my first time going to a Quest and my experience was terrible! It took an hour and 50 minutes for me to have blood drawn (which took less than 4 minutes). The location is completely understaffed and the staff wasn't understanding when asked why the wait was so long by multiple people. They need someone at the front desk taking people's information to move the process along. The front desk person can take insurance information and get people in and out appropriately. So many people walked out while I was there, a small baby fell off of a chair and hit his head on the floor and the staff knew nothing about it!

Attention people, if you make an appointment either online or by phone, Quest will honor your appointment time ahead of walk-ins. My wait time at this office was 20 minutes when the waiting room was full, because I made an appointment. Btw- the Phlebotomist couldn’t be nicer.

They really should get a new person to run the place. The lady that works there is very unfriendly, uncommunicative, hence all the poor reviews, and it really sucks the energy out of the place. Need more staff. I won’t ever return.
