Feedback:

The tech is very professional and friendly .. It's sad that she is also the receptionist.. instead of having a quick visit.. you sit for a very long time.. hire someone to help

I have gone there several times now and have always had a pleasant experience. I'm usually always in and out within 10 to 15 minutes. I also have not so great veins and she always finds a vein first try. No bruising either. This is the best place I've ever had blood drawn and will continue to use them!!!

I've been here twice now and had great experiences with both techs. My most recent tech was Isabella. They were both very friendly and the experience was painless. Once I was a walk in and was seen in a timely manner, the other time I had an appt and was seen right on time. I highly recommend this lab!!

I was very happy that not only was the tech friendly, but very gentle. I am very much afraid of having my blood drawn, didn't hurt at all and no bruising!

Terrible, awful service - came in at 11 am with my sick son, who was running a 104 fever, the doctor's office directed to get some blood work done immediately; waited for 30 minute, then when I approached the registration nurse, she snapped that they have appointments and showed no empathy or compassion to the fact that I was there with a very sick child. We waited for 10 more minutes without being acknowledged and decided to leave. Will never come back there again and we live in right in town!

My arm aches and is very black and blue. Don't these people get screened before they're allowed to stick a needle into someones arm? I've had my blood drawn monthly for years and this is the worst!!!You can't call them to complain because they don't answer the phone.

My experience with this facility gets 1 star only because 1/2 a star was not an option. I arrived at 10am for my 10:15am appt. There was never more than 3 people in waiting room. At 10:40 tech by name of Ana tells me my child can not come in the bathroom with me for my drug test and she won't watch him. This was a pre-employment screen btw. Firstly, she violated HIPPA regulations and announced to waiting room my private information. Secondly she could have brought this to my attention 45 min ago when I signed in for this test. I call my husband to come watch baby so I can take this test. At 11:30 he arrives and is upset and expressing frustration in a reasonable manner when, Ana tells us to leave stating she won't take me. She comes back out and takes someone that just walked in over me!!! I called Manager Kristin Snyder who assured me this issue would be resolved and I would be seen and neither of which actually happened. "Manager" expressed no empathy and in no way made an effort to resolve issue. Absolutely NO customer service whatsoever. Ana eventually called the police!!! who came and I swear to GOD one stated he waited an hour at this office in past. Officer looked at sign in sheet and saw I signed in 2 hours ago, saw no one in the waiting room and was like what is the problem?!?? There was no talking sense into someone so senseless. No report was written, they found her to have made false accusations and ultimately I had to drive 30 minutes to Newburgh location which was a great experience and I was in and out in 15 minutes with a much busier waiting room. Ana is completely unstable and incompetent and can't manage her own emotions let alone an office independently. Will never go to this facility again.
