I've had a good experience every time I have come to this location. Their hours are clearly explained if you call and are posted clearly on their door. The phlebotomist is quick, friendly, and GOOD at minimizing discomfort and getting needed samples. To the reviewer who said it hurt... I mean, yes, you're having a needle placed in your body... it does not feel like a massage.... As getting blood drawn goes, this facility is excellent.

The employee left in two people and relocked the door. I only got in when a patient exited the building. I had to open the door for other people.

Didn’t realize you needed an appointment to have blood drawn. I was waiting 3-4 minutes prior to another person arriving and could of taken me but didn’t! Then took the other girl since she had an appointment scheduled! Terrible customer service!

The workers were very kind and efficient. I had blood drawn and was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

Due to mapquest giving incorrect directions, we were taken 10 minutes out of the way to reach the Facility. Although our appointment was set for 11:45 am, we arrived at 11:55 am. We REPEATEDLY tried to phone the facility 15 minutes prior to let them know we would be there, and what happened. NO ONE would answer, and the automation machine was turned on. Upon arrival, the female employee with glasses, brown hair in a ponytail, and weighing approximately 300 lbs, was locking the outside entrance 5 minutes early! When we tried to explain to her what happened, she RUDELY shook her head no at us and continued to lock the door! Not to mention that we live about an hour away! So disgusted with the service. CUSTOMER SERVICE FAIL!
