I have to get regular blood tests for my disabled son and the ladies here always handle him with care and find his vein the first time, every time. We have tried two other Quests since our moving from Wylie to McKinney and both were disasters, so we make the drive to come back here. One lab in McKinney always has an hour or more wait unless you have an appointment, but then they never answer the phone so you can make an appt. The other office is only staffed by one tech and she could not find his vein on her own. She poked my son three times before giving up and advising me to try somewhere else.
