I've had my labs done at the Murphy location twice since March because I'm "that" guy. 😐😐😐 However, both times I've been, the staff was absolutely amazing. I'm a hard stick but each time I've gone, the phlebotomist who drew my blood got me the 1st time with only a tiny bit of pain. I can't remember the young lady who drew my labs back on March 6th, but Holly did it this last time and was fantastic. Great job, Holly! 😀😀😀 I always feel comfortable as soon as I arrive and I'm seen immediately after checking in. Misty and Holly were both there on my last visit, 5-10-18, and were absolutely awesome. Rather than feeling like the medical catastrophe I am, I felt more like I was visiting with old friends. Thank y'all for that. It means a lot. I am also happy with the system in place that allows me to see my lab results and pay my bill, etc online. This year is the first time I experienced that. Anyway, I digress. The 5-star rating is based 1st, on Misty and Holly's kindness and professionalism, everything else is secondary. Thanks again.

I have to get regular blood tests for my disabled son and the ladies here always handle him with care and find his vein the first time, every time. We have tried two other Quests since our moving from Wylie to McKinney and both were disasters, so we make the drive to come back here. One lab in McKinney always has an hour or more wait unless you have an appointment, but then they never answer the phone so you can make an appt. The other office is only staffed by one tech and she could not find his vein on her own. She poked my son three times before giving up and advising me to try somewhere else.

This is the most awful place I've ever been to for a drug test. There is only 2 staff members and they only see one person at a time. I waited 45 minutes to take a simple drug test and the 2 staff members were awfully rude. Never in my life have I been treated so awful by a business. If you can go anywhere else for your testing, go somewhere else please!

I went there couple of times for my tests. I had to wait for maximum 10 minutes. I think this is most normal. Lab technician was very nice, welcoming, fast & clean. She apologize for waiting. As only person works there, I don't know how she manages everything. Good experience. Only one complain, no body receives phone call.

I went here and had a perfectly normal experience. It is true only one person was working, but I put my name on the sign-in sheet and waited maybe 10 minutes. The phlebotomist did an excellent job drawing blood and was very pleasant. Everything was clean and sanitary. Labels were printed and verified by me then place immediately on the vials. Will happily go back to this location in the future.
