The staff are always professional and friendly. I hate getting blood work done because my veins roll. I won't go anywhere else because I never feel the needle. It does, however, make sense to make an appt on-line so you don't have to wait. So easy!

The phlebotomists are friendly, persistent, and they take their time to ensure no mistakes. The lab is clean and tidy every time I go. It is certainly worth it to schedule an appointment; the system really isn't designed with walk-ins in mind and if you don't have an appointment you'll sometimes have to wait an hour or even more.

I was here for half an hour, and they called two people in all that time. I finally just walked out. I’ve never seen a lab so slow. You could drive up to the Elkton MD office, get your tests done, and drive back and it would be faster. If my insurance company didn’t force me to use Quest, I would never come here. It’s terrible!

The absolute worst place I have ever been. Very unprofessional and didn’t even complete testing for my children. Avoid at all costs!

They literally take so long to do one person you can wait for an hour because by the time it takes them 20 minutes to draw one vial.of blood. By that time the next appointment has shown up and you are back down to the bottom of the list.

They try to look all fancy with their fleet vehicles and their advanced check-in technology, but it's a facade. I should have listened to the prior reviews. Arrived on time for my appointment and sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes - no one had been called back yet. Then one of the employees had to walk out in the waiting room to retrieve something and felt awkward with the waiting room staring at her, so proceeded to tell us quickly that the computer system was broken and they were trying to fix it. I waited for another 30 minutes and then people started leaving, so I left too. I called back an hour later to see if they had fixed things yet, and no one answered the phone.

I wish I would have read this listing before I sent my daughter to have blood drawn. Absolutely worst service in her life; so much so that I've called our insurance, a lawyer, and writing a formal complaint. STAY AWAY

Absolutely horrendous service. Employees are very unprofessional. They spend more time chatting about personal business than actually doing their jobs. If your insurance company forces you to use this lab, make the drive to any other location. It will save you time and stress in the long run.

This place is terrible. The employees spend more time chatting with one another and stuffing their faces then they do helping clients. Waited over 30 minutes just to drop off an already collected sample. And when you ask what's taking so long, they talk about you loud enough to be heard in the waiting room. Completely unprofessional.
