Unlike other reported experiences, mine was fine. I got there at 8am, there were 2 people in the waiting room. I signed in, a few minutes later a pleasant young lady greeted me and took my paperwork. A few minutes later I was taken in where another young lady took my blood. Quick, pleasant experience.
