I don’t know if it was just an off day or not! But we definitely are not going to be coming back to this office! There was one person who was the receptionist and also the nurse and couldn’t do anything for the person there before us and couldn’t do the tests for my child and ended up sending us home even tho we had an appt. She wasn’t able to take our daughters blood bc I was pregnant and couldn’t hold her properly? Even tho at chop I was able to hold our toddler properly and get his blood done??? Even tho he’s twice my daughters size and twice her strength!? I’m sorry if it was just an off day for her and the office but that was possibly the worst and most traumatic drs visit. She had the needle in my daughters arm for over a minute and was twisting it around before she finally said she just couldn’t do it today. If you have to get a young child’s blood I wouldn’t come here I would definitely go somewhere better and more professional.
