I've had good experiences going here for routine blood tests. The technicians have all been pleasant and skilled. The parking lot is usually pretty full (and last time I was here there was a totally rude woman who almost backed into me, but that's not Quest's fault!). The lab is located in the basement, and since the elevator is slow, I normally take the stairs. I also like to schedule my appointment ahead of time. There might still be a wait, but it's really not bad.
