Been going here for a blood test many years, and every time I arrive, there’s only 1 gal there... Bambi... and she’s great... friendly, professional, quick, kind, and very personable. She seems to run the whole place herself, and she deserves recognition.

I've had good experiences going here for routine blood tests. The technicians have all been pleasant and skilled. The parking lot is usually pretty full (and last time I was here there was a totally rude woman who almost backed into me, but that's not Quest's fault!). The lab is located in the basement, and since the elevator is slow, I normally take the stairs. I also like to schedule my appointment ahead of time. There might still be a wait, but it's really not bad.

The lady doing my blood test rushed and used the largest needle and it caused my arm to hurt badly throughout the day. I don't recommend this place find another place to get your bloodwork done this place is bad.

Rude personnel. I forgot my gloves there. Called and asked to see if they can look for them by the water machine. They refused and offered me to keep calling and if I be more lucky next time they could possibly take a look.
