Feedback:

I just left the Quest in Hadddon Heights, I did not have an appt., just walked in at 6:30 AM. The women behind the counter, Marie, was amazing. She was at the desk alone, and Handled three people ahead of me in under 15 min. She took me in the back to get my blood drawn, and to my surprise she also was the lab person. I always have issues when getting lab work, but she was again amazing. Quest you have an amazing employee in Marie, I thank her very much for my experience.

Feedback:

A common theme: No receptionist, somewhat rude (I'm interrupting) behavior, poor administration. The phlebotomists were great! The phone system, although completely voice activated and convenient, allowed me to pick a time for an appointment, then denied me. A retry of the system still listed the time I originally tried as available. I eventually called Quest corporate hotline and they were super nice! This rating is for the office admin procedures only.

Every time I come here it’s a long wait. I made an appointment knowing the walk-in times are usually 90 minutes. My appointment was not in the system, I was entered as a walk-in, there is only 1 person working here (poor women), going on 90 min, still here!

Had an appointment for 11am, but sat in the lobby for an hour and a half. The receptionist was very rude, as well.

I was a FEW minutes late and they put me in the back of the line because the computer threw me out. So I had to wait an hour to get my test done. That was so unfair. The tecknichian was rough and did not even ask if I was fasting. Not personable at all.

I never thought I would say this about anyplace with needles, but really, I have to compliment Quest on your employee Marie. She was kind, professional and very helpful to this new Medicare (Yea!) recipient.She:1. Was the only person in the lab and I watched her handle it with grace.2. She didn't hurt me.3. She was able to explain some medicare information so I could understand it.4. She didn't hurt me.5. She did not rush me, or anyone else. 6. She didn't hurt me.7. On a very hot noontime I saw her work with five people and each one appeared to be the only one. 8. She didn't hurt me. 9. She stayed friendly with all and did not seem fazed. I would have been nuts.10. SHE DID NOT HURT ME AND I HATE NEEDLES !!!

Very rude and they seem frustrated even though the lab was empty. One tech was listening to radio and could care less if there were patients waiting in the office. I made a big mistake coming here.

Show up for my appointment and they tell me “computers are down, don’t know when they will be back up”. While things like this happen nobody apologized for the inconvenience or said they are working to fix it - pretty much that I am out of luck and figure it out myself. Will not go back here.

Unfortunately I had a very bad experience here and with Quest as a whole after my initial appointment. There was no wait which was nice but the woman that took my blood had to try four different times in different arms and areas, one time taking the needle out causing blood to spurt out of my arm and onto my pants, the chair and some paperwork. I was required to give a card on file but after doing this remembered I would prefer to pay with my HSA card. I asked if I would be able to pay with a different card and was reassured twice that I would be sent a bill and could pay with any card I like. Two weeks later I was billed on the given card. It has taken me five calls and almost an hour and a half total on hold to have them refund it, but I will not get the money back for four to six weeks and had to pay again immediately to have the refund processed. I completed a survey that was sent to me explaining my bad experience with no response. I would never recommend anyone to use Quest and I will never use them for any lab needs again after the frustration, time, and money that this lack of care and customer service has caused.

they were prompt, friendly and went over and above in helping me get a script from my doctor after it was lost in our moving to new house.
