Very rude staff , very unprofessional specially the lady that sits at front desk. Looking at customer wrong I think people like should be fired from their job. Quest diagnostic needs to improve with their employees by giving them training about customers service. I would never go there again just because of rudeness and unprofessional employees. I really don't recommend to go there, if they can't give you a good service and be polite how can I go there. Very dissatisfied and disappointed

Excellent service this morning from Michelle. I already had an online account and made an appointment. She took me a half hour early. Cheaper than going to the Reading (Tower) Hospital. I asked her if the Quest location will be closing because of the recent news article. She said no. I hope they stay open. The store opens early at 7 AM so you can go before work. It is best to make an appointment to cut your wait time.UPDATE: SATURDAY 28 APRIL 2018. I just logged in to MyQuest and there is still no results posted from my blood draw last Friday. I did call the company and they told me that the doctor received the results on Wednesday and that it will take a few days to appear on My Quest. It hasn't. I will call my doctor first thing on Monday morning just to be sure. They sure are taking their sweet time with my lab results. Next time I'll go back to Reading Hospital now Tower Health.

Have always been treated professionally and although I'm not an easy draw,she gets it first time every time. I always make an appointment so it's in and out with no problem.

Nobody gets 5 stars ... LOL. Been there several times have never made an appointment and have never waited more than 30-45 mins. I do go early in the morning during the week. I don't give up my blood easily but they have had no more issues than anyone else. Staff has always been pleasant and professional

I'm actually giving them 0 stars. I see no reason to go here. I took my boyfriend her for a drug test last Saturday because he needed one for his new job. It was busy, but we expected that, which is why we got there at 7:30 AM. So we sign in and we are waiting there, and more people are coming in and some of them have appointments so of course they have to be taken care of right away. So it gets to the point where we are the next people up, and there is no one with an appointment in the place at all, and then they clear my boyfriend's name from the list and call the next person. I thought this was just a simple mistake, so I spoke up and said something to the two ladies behind the counter and the one told me the next person had an appointment. Well that wasn't true, she came in after us, had been waiting the exact same amount of time, and it said she was a walk-in under her name. So the desk worker apologized and took us after this person was done. Then the desk worker next to her yelled at her for taking us, after hearing me explain what happened. Then they couldn't even figure out how to do the drug test. The scanner the had wasn't even plugged in and they could not seem to figure that out, and we didn't end up leaving there till 9:30 AM, a whole 2 hours later. This was by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced, and they were very rude to us the entire time. So now fast forward to this week, they didn't even run or do the test right, so now we have to go get it done again. But trust me, we are going somewhere else.

Short staffed. One employee who did it all. A routine 10 minutes appointement turn out to be 50 minute for a drug test with only one person ahead of me. Won'the recommend this place
