Would give a zero star if possible - tried to rip me off and charge 953.00 for blood test when the price is only 218.00 - never set foot in that place again. When you call the customer service is unresponsive and insist you pay more than you can get off a website to go to quest and get blood drawn. - please check online before you go in to quest. I will contact an attorney to see if this is legal.

I've been here several times and while it's not my first choice, my insurance requires I use quest and it's always been mostly ok. There is usually only one person working which makes things slow but it's clear they're working their hardest, and the troubles I've experienced usually are something that is not really quest's responsibility.The reason for a poor review is because there is absolutely no privacy for patients. You have to stand in the waiting room full of people and shout through glass why you're there, announcing to everyone exactly what your medical concern is. It's embarrassing and for some, could be a potentially dangerous scenario. When the attendant asked me why I was there and I responded for a urinary analysis, it could at least become a habit to get individuals through the door before demanding why.

The place is newly renovated and looks good. The staff is friendly and efficient. A good option to the hospital based labs and the costs are significantly less.

Our son has been getting his blood work done here for the past 7 years. Very friendly employees. And are great at what they do. Vanessa you deserve 5 stars because our son who is special needs take a few minutes to get his blood work done. Our son has good days and dad days. Thank you for being patiention with our son.

I just left from this place and i will do everything i can to avoid ever going back here. they don't deserve the star i was forced to put so i can leave this review. The lady who took my blood had an attitude from the start. rude, unprofessional and obnoxious. It was an older lady today with two younger girls and if you don't like your job i suggest you find a new one!! i went back into the room and not a word was said, she didnt acknowledge me at all, not a hi, hello, nothing. then she puts my paperwork in and rudely asks me "IS THIS YOUR ADDRESS? WHICH ONE IS IT? i tell her which one, nothing else said. i pull my sleeve up knowing they always draw blood from my left arm due to me having a bigger vein, she watches me go through the hassle to do this, then walks to my right arm, makes me do that side, ok fine. she doesnt even check for a vein, she wipes my arm and shoves the needle in my arm and DIDN'T get any blood...hmm if i can take a random guess? because she didn't catch a vein!! then she proceeds to turn the needle while its STILL IN MY ARM!! which im sure she isn't suppose to do!! she sees me upset, still nothing from her. my blood draws super slow at this point, obviously because she didn't catch the vein correctly. she finally finishes, nothing else said i just walk out. i will NEVER go here, if i can avoid this place i most definitely will. juanita is the best thing to happen there and she isn't there now.
