Feedback:

I have been to three different Quest Diagnostics and this location is by far the best! Very professional staff and clean waiting area♥️

Feedback:

The atmosphere is very welcoming, calm, and supportive. A patient may be experiencing anxiety about their condition or have a dislike for blood tests and/or needles. The staff are so pleasant and welcoming, it's easy to relax for the brief procedure. The level of care is very professional.I've been using this Quest location more than once a month for over a year, and no longer go to other locations, even though there is one in my doctor's building. Also, there is ample free parking.

Feedback:

Good experience. I arrived 5 minutes early for my appointment, checked in and was seen within a few minutes. The staff was efficient and friendly.

Feedback:

Not a good experience. There was only one employee working, and she was rushing back and forth between the front desk and the examination room. This was my first fasting blood test, and the phlebotomist didn't warn me about what could happen. I walked straight out of the office and almost passed out before I reached my car.

Feedback:

I've gone to this lab at least 20 times while being treated for Hepatitis C. Every time, the staff members were helpful, friendly & polite. A 'walk-in' business is hard on employees. I found that if I gave them the info requested & quietly allowed them to do their jobs things always went well.

Feedback:

My experience at this quest lab was awesome! First of all I am one of those big grown man who doesn't like to have a needle. While I don't faint, I really struggle with getting blood drawn and procrastinate always. When I got to this location, my adrenaline was rushing. I could not find my ID cards for my Insurance and only had a copy of it in the insurance app on my phone. All of the ladies were excellent and very professional. They informed me that they could not use my app but because it was on my phone they made a great suggestion and I was able to fax it from my phone to them. Great customer service starts with finding solutions that will work for the customer. Massiel, the phlebotomist who took care of me, was very good with my nerves. She did an excellent job was very quick and new all of the correct things to do to calm somebody like me down. They made what should've been a very terrible day for me a very good one...THANKS LADIES!!!

Feedback:

This location is so unprofessional! Only one phelebotomist is on staff usually. Every single time I come to this location the receptionist snatches my requisition and has a very unpleasant demeanor. I misplaced my medical card but had California identification and she would not process my paperwork although she knew I was in the system because I come there often. She begans to ask me out loud in the lobby from her seat,"Do you have Medical?" .....I explained to her that she's so busy being nasty this action was against the Hippa Laws to ask me anything personal out loud. This woman is so ignorant. I would strongly consider Quest Diagnostic installing camera systems at this location to at least monitor their representatives of their company before they are sued. You never know who you are serving. It should always be a standard of professionalism at all times therefore sensitivity training is definetely in order. I will plan to take this action further and if she denies her action, which she will.....I have her on tape because I wanted to prove that no matter what day it is.....she's nasty to people. My hopes is that Quest will take better pride in serving the Public. Thanks!

Feedback:

A very utilitarian space, but otherwise, everything went smoothly, with a blood draw done efficiently by a friendly professional.

Feedback:

Nothing worse than rude bossy employees who pretend to be polite. No eye contact, arrogant, chatty with each other while 11 patients are waiting and my appointment is already 30 min past due. After the testing, I was asked to print and sign my name. When I paused to read what I was signing the phlebotomist snatced the paper work from my hands. I asked her can't I read what I'm signing? She was so annoyed. Why? One star for location and one star for cleanliness.
