Feedback:

I just got my blood work done at this location for the 1st time and I got a bad experience, the spot where they took the blood is black and blue it seems like they don't know what they doing.

Feedback:

Had to wait 30 min. The place looks dirty and the stuff wasn't very pleasant. They all look tired and like they hated being there. Things like this make me wonder about the handling and the process of my content.

Do not go there. The lady is the rudest person I have met. She made mistakes in my important form and she did not accept her mistake, not even said she is sorry. She did not correct the mistake on the computer either. You deserve better.

Just had my glucose test at this location and had the great pleasure of having Cindy draw my blood. Not only is she personable and sweet, but didn’t hurt me once during the 4 blood draws I had to have. Cindy is a doll and fantastic at her job!

I just got my blood drawn at this location for the first time. Cindy was very good and gentle. When I told her I was afraid of needles she said oh I am sorry to hear that and it will be painless. She didn't lie. It was painless. Thank you Cindy.

I went here today for my son's 2 year bloodwork. Literally before we could even sit down after checking in we were being brought to the back to be seen. Kathy was PHENOMENAL with him. She joked with us and engaged with my daughter who came along with us. My son didn't even cry and I was in total shock. It was a great experience for us.

Ron must have been working for the prison system right before being hired at QD. 😂😂 We’ve used quest diagnostics a few times before ( Totowa location) and we’re very appreciative of the great service and consideration with our kids. We were very happy and that’s why we came back. Today though, we could only find appointments at the Clifton location. Ron was very hyper and tense ( drinking, and no sleep does that to you usually 😂 ) Ron was so unsympathetic that I’ve never seen my son so frightened before.All 3 of us had appointments today, but I wasn’t ready for mauling just because Ron had a bad morning , and breath 😂😂😂. I’m a business owner myself. This was a good lesson as to why you should never hire people with bad attitude.Appreciate the employees that bring good service and keep your company running.Ron was not one of them.

I had to wait for 20 min despite arriving on time for my appointment. The person drawing my blood was good at what she does because I felt little to no pain. But she wasn't personable or particularly talkative. And Quest's customer service is a nightmare to deal with over the phone.

This office changes its personnel like Mc Donald’s , I just had a terrible experience with their staff, had to drop off my stool sample which I had already done the day before, today I go to do the same and encountered a different person at the front desk, he tells me to wait because he has to put the information in the computer, well he is taking his sweet time and looking at his phone at the same time, he’s more interested in his phone that my sample, he asks me again and again my phone number, my name ,and to spell it for him and hisses and puffs, because he keeps making mistakes,by now it’s more than 15 minutes, I finally tell him that I have to go, he gets upset and sends inside to speak to someone else, now it’s a young lady,!well she does the same like saying now I’m going to make you wait more than himITS THIS THE WAY TO TREAT A PATIENT THAT HAS COME TO THIS OFFICE FOR MORE THAN 15 YEARS AND ALL MY FAMILY MEMBERS AS WELL?? Quest Diagnostics someone take care of your business please find a better customer oriented personnel otherwise I will take my busses elsewhere
