The worst way to schedule an appointment! It just took me 40 minutes because the website is so slow! At my first attempt, it said "location couldn't be found" and then the appointment that I wanted got taken!!! So frustrating! I tried calling, but was kept on hold so long that I gave up. I finally got an appointment for a time that doesn't really work for me. Oh well! It's a shame because the phlebotomists are amazing!! Love Jolly, I will always take my kids to her. It is just always such a hassle to schedule an appointment here. Someone needs to fix the system. Please!!!
