Had the pleasure of Paul attending to my tests. This guy is awesome. I get bloodwork quarterly, and invariably there are pain and marks during and afterwards. Paul quickly found the vein, painlessly drew the blood and I have no marks on my arm. WOW! I’m impressed.

The worst way to schedule an appointment! It just took me 40 minutes because the website is so slow! At my first attempt, it said "location couldn't be found" and then the appointment that I wanted got taken!!! So frustrating! I tried calling, but was kept on hold so long that I gave up. I finally got an appointment for a time that doesn't really work for me. Oh well! It's a shame because the phlebotomists are amazing!! Love Jolly, I will always take my kids to her. It is just always such a hassle to schedule an appointment here. Someone needs to fix the system. Please!!!

impossible to contact a human for anything got hung up on several times by the automated system. Just a joke that you cant talk to a person for additional questions.

Appointment time was convenient , Once we reached there during lunch time, there was not wait. There was some problem with our requisition and the lady very courteously and patiently found all the missing information by calling the doctor.

I have been to several Quest Diagnostics and I feel this Quest Diagnostics is far better than all the other ones.

Easy enough to get an appointment, convenient location, very short wait once there. Easy parking, decent place, and nice phlebotomists who seem to know what they're doing. A pleasant enough experience overall, but nothing to get excited about. No complaints other than maybe the magazines could be tidied up / updated a bit.
