I went in a while back. The lone person who works there has TERRIBLE customer service skills. She rushes patients. This is especially bad for blood pressure tests. She increases the stress of patients and does not seem to care about them. I advised her that it's normal for a patient for be in a restful position for at least a few minutes before a blood pressure test, she grew visibly angry and demanded that I take the test now.
