I went to this Lab about two weeks ago for the second time in about a year. I thought the automated check in system was really advanced. It is a good strategy for a lab that is staffed with one person who is working with patients in an examining room with no receptionist. I had seen similar set-ups in the Social Security office. I had no problem with it. An older man who came in and who was clearly distressed and not tech savvy had a hard time with it. The lab tech was short with him when he interrupted the test to ask about a service that was not available at that site. I felt bad for him and for her. The tech was great with me, very professional and proficient. Clearly a highly experienced person.

People do not understand that the woman working here is very over worked but is still polite and has a smile for everyone. Put yourself in her shoes. Debra Buskirk

I went in a while back. The lone person who works there has TERRIBLE customer service skills. She rushes patients. This is especially bad for blood pressure tests. She increases the stress of patients and does not seem to care about them. I advised her that it's normal for a patient for be in a restful position for at least a few minutes before a blood pressure test, she grew visibly angry and demanded that I take the test now.

Very friendly and efficient. The regular tech was off this morning but the woman who took care of my test was excellent. I also like the online appointment reservation.

Melissa is the best!! Even with my young children she is wonderful and gets the job done as quickly as possible. She runs the place by herself and it is often super busy. She keeps things light hearted for nervous patients. The best phlebotomist around!

I went to this facility many times and every time I was greeted with a smile. This woman(Melissa) is on her game for being alone at this busy facility. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The office is clean and she is a true professional. Kudos to Melissa !!!

I went in about a year ago. The lady who (only person who works there) was incredibly rude and clearly hates her job. It was the worst experience I’ve had and makes stressful tests (who wants to have blood / urine tests!) even more so. She is very confrontational and seems to almost be itching for an argument. 👎
