They don't seem to care about patients not being able to find them. They have no sign to even know where they are located.

I was so totally impressed with this lady today. Let me explain, I was frustrated when I didn't find the location right away and called the office. When she answered, I was abrupt and hung up on her. I then found it to discover she was the only one there and doing everything from secretarial to all the medical work and had no help. She dealt with my son and I very sweetly and professionally, not the way I would mind you, which would have been rude, but I am an A.D.H.D. adult. She seemed a little sad but smiled and said nothing. She had to draw blood from my autistic son. Noticing I'd started talking to my son to take his eyes off the needle, she joined in on the conversation about Pokemon cards and such. He responded beautifully speaking out more than he would have to me since he's told me many times over and getting excited forgetting all about the blood draw. Let me say, she was wonderful! Considering I had been abrupt and somewhat rude to her and she seemed to be a little sad although smiling the whole time, I'd say she's one heck of a professional and was AWSOME !!! Thank God she was there......otherwise this would have turned out to be a very bad day for an autistic little boy. Thank you so much..........oh yeah, this place is very clean, she used surgical gloves when making the draw and even let my son have a glove. He likes playing with them when we have to see doctors. She vas very kind and patent with my son.

Easy in and out. The blonde lady who did my labs had me cracking up and didn’t even realize she had stuck me. A nice change of pace from the ones you jab you like they are trying to kill a vampire or something.

Best place to have lab drawn! Very friendly and helpful staff. I just have to say I talked to their supervisor her name was Lori and she cares about their patients and was very helpful. She is based in Joplin she said, I wish she was in Branson. I go to Joplin so I will stop in and let them draw my lab. Great job Quest!

They are back in Branson again. This is the second day they have been open.

Do not do business with these people. Its a shame I have to give them even 1 star. I went to the doctor 12/6/16 . A month later I received a letter from Quest stating my insurance information was incorrect or that my insurance company denied my claim. I quickly got online assuming this is easy enough I will give it to them again. Even though I know the lady took my card and entered the information. I did it to be helpful after I checked with my insurance company and they never filed a claim. I received another letter in March. I did the same thing again. I started getting collection calls in July. Some were serious harrassing calls. I finally obtained a copy of the invoice and submitted the claim myself. I made multiple phone calls to the insurance company and Quest. They were paid and I'm still getting the harrassing calls . I received two just today. I will never EVER do business with this company again. They didn't even try to process the claim with my insurance. And now they are bashing my credit. After reading the other reviews I see they continually do this to people. I hope they go out of business paying collection agencies a portion of their earnings. Fed up and frustrated,Paula German
