Feedback:

I just moved to the area and this was my first time using Quest Diagnostics in Florida. I was extremely happy with my experience at this location. The staff was warm and welcoming, and the office was clean. Sandra at the front desk welcomes you with a smile and is extremely friendly. I highly recommend this location.

Quest diagnostics is the Walmart of labs. Try as hard as you can to get your bloodwork and other diagnostic tests done elsewhere. They have no customer service skills whatsoever. It’s laughable to be honest. I’ve never experienced such rude employees. It’s actually worse than Walmart. They usually never send my results to my doctor and I get bloodwork every three months. At the same place. And they’re rude every time. It’s gross.

Don't ever go to this location. I have never met people with such a lack of compassion or empathy. My pregnant daughter had to get more bloodwork and do the glucose test today. No food or drink since 11pm last night, not sleeping well and after 5 vials of blood were drawn, she had to drink this sugary/orange drink and wait an hour. She was doing okay but as the hour wait time arrived, she started to feel sick to her stomach and told the Phlebotomist she was going to pass out. She went to go back to her chair to try and alleviate the waves of nausea/dizziness. All I kept hearing was, I have to draw her blood exactly an hour later. My daughter started throwing up. The woman just stood there and I grabbed the garbage can for her to throw up in and ran around to find paper towels to clean her face and shirt. We left...without a word from anyone. Nothing. Noone asked how she was, could they do anything. Nothing. I will never go to Quest again..ever.

Deplorable customer service. Came to drop off a sample and was told I needed to sign in and wait. I had originally been told I could just drop it off since the sample was already labeled with my name, ID number and barcode. After I told her it was just a sample to drop off she proceeded to ignore me and take a patient to the back. I stopped her by asking again if I could just leave the already labeled sample, I told her I had only enough time to drop off the sample and that I should not have to sign in just to leave a sample. I told her I would need to leave b/c of my time constraints to which she replied “good” and then turned her back and walked away.

This was my first and last experience at this location. I had a 10:45 appt. and did not get out until 11:50. They apparently lost my paper work after I checked in at desk, not sure because I couldn't get an answer from them other than did you check in?...well they will call you soon. Approached employees 5 different times asking them to check why it was taking so long. No one could be bothered to actually follow up until I finally was able to approach one of the ladies actually doing the blood draws and she was kind enough to follow up.

I went to this facility on Sat. morning and the staff was downright nasty and probably upset they were working on a Saturday. The one girl at check in was unfamiliar with the automatic check in process and most nasty. I recommended that Quest train their employees on how to deal with clients plus bring them up to speed on all equipment in that office or shut this particular lab down.

This location has gone downhill. Used to be friendly and quick. The last few months The staff level has decreased and the wait times are ridiculous. I just left after waiting 30 minutes when my wait time jumped up to another 70 minutes. I have a suspicion they were going to take a lunch break. If that’s the case something should be said. I couldn’t even get anyone to tensions to let them know I was leaving. And to take me off the list. Only one person at the window out of three desks and that person is doing admin work and work in the back.

My experience with Quest in Boynton beach West was absolutely amazing. Staff was so sweet, so polite from Front desk to nurses simply great professionals. They took they are time to explain if I had any questions. Wait was minimum and I cant believe how clean the building and cabinet was. First time in a long time!!!! Highly recommending this place!! P.S. This place was packed and they still managed to take me in no time (11-20mins)
