Feedback:

Erieka from the call center was extremely kind and helpful. It would be REALLY be great if we had the option to get a call back. It's easier on the patients and less stressful to not be holding for an extended period of time. Thanks for your consideration.

Feedback:

My name was called ten minutes prior to my scheduled appointment. The technician was great, very professional, friendly, and skilled. I was on my way just a couple minutes past my scheduled appointment. And no pain!

Feedback:

DO NOT EVER GO HERE. MOST ARROGANT AND DISGUSTING WORKERS. Awful awful awful service. Was only 7 minutes late to the appointment at 4:30 - showed up at 4:37, but tried calling 4 times beforehand to see if that would be a problem. No answer. After I logged in, since no one was at the desk, they said “too bad you will be treated like a walk in” with a snarky, arrogant attitude. On top of that, the lady asked if I was “here for a PRISON sample” like I was some pig. The lady next to me said, “that is such a violation of privacy” and rolled her eyes at us. This facility is the most unbelievably awful and unprofessional place I have ever been to. Never been treated with such rude behavior. And for that woman, she is nothing but a bully. Sad sad person, who has some serious problems in the head, clearly. Don’t know how she even has a job.DO NOT GO HERE.

Feedback:

I have had very bad experiences when I've had to come here. Here are the problems with this business:1. Inconvenient hours. They close at 4:45 (the door says 5, but they always lock the door at 4:45 so they can leave earlier). This is most inconvenient, as some of us have working hours or other obligations that make it easier to get this stuff done in the evenings. Would be really nice if they stayed open until 7, it would give me much more of a window of opportunity to get there after work. 2. Rude staff. I have talked to *one* nice receptionist in my 50+ visits here. The others were very rude, and got annoyed if they had to update insurance information/credit card info etc. The waits are very long (15+ minutes), even when there are only one or two other patients in the waiting room. The phlebotomists are at least polite. 3. No privacy: They normally draw your blood in open stalls that have just a little curtain between them, and they aren't shy about saying your name or what you are getting tested in front of other patients. They do have a room, but they usually only draw kids blood there so the parents can be with them. 4. No close locations : I live in a zip code with 46,000 people. There is no location there. Nor is there a location in the next zip code, which has 35,000 people. The nearest location is 15 minutes away from my house, and sadly this is the closest major lab until the centura facility opens on coal mine and Kipling.Cleanliness and prices are ok.

Feedback:

Great location!

Feedback:

Waited long after my appointment and they even took walk-ins before me (you can see who is what type on the board) that arrived after me. Then they said they couldn’t take the order numbers from my phone- had to be paper. Luckily there was a computer and printer right in front of them but they said that they can’t let me use it. People working in patient care need to have compassion and willing to help others out. They clearly lacked this quality.

Feedback:

The staff took great care of me, especially after a little "vasovagal incident." The facility was clean, the staff was excellent, my procedure was completed in a timely manner, and I would certainly return if I needed any other lab work drawn.

Feedback:

Staff was nice, and I only waited about 20 minutes, but it took a lot of work and 3 weeks to get my results. I left a message, and after finally getting a call back 2 business days later, I was told the wrong steps to take to get my results. Thankfully, my doctor and his staff ended up handling it for me, but a less attentive doctor and/or patient would have meant no results for what ended up being an abnormal test result that required treatment.

Feedback:

I've been to this Quest 4 times now and each time I wait close to 30 minutes, even if I'm just dropping off medical samples. It becomes frustrating when you can see the staff wandering in the back with nothing to do and there are several people waiting in the lobby. I don't mind waiting but when there's horseplay and non work activities going on in the back while patients are waiting, that's where I draw the line.

Feedback:

Last 2 visits to this facility I have had to get stabbed no less than 3 times in order for the snippy staff to find my veins and after the fact my doctors office called me and informed me that they drew for the wrong orders and I then have to return the next day for another blood draw. Needless to say the third debacle is the final debacle for me. I shall not be returning to this circus.
