Blood work was fine, BUT person that took my bloodwork really needs to keep political views to herself.

Wow. I had an appointment at 9:45am today, and apparently they do not pay attention to appointments at all... I walked into a full waiting room, and they seem to take people in order of arrival, rather than appointment time. I left work to get blood work done after fasting for 12 hours and waited for 40 minutes! It was my first time coming to the Alden location, and I assumed I'd be in and out as I'd come to expect at other locations... This is absolutely ridiculous! Then, when I finally got in, I was informed I had a balance from January... For which I NEVER received a bill!I'm done with Quest!

I showed up late for my appointment due to a longer than expected drive. Melanie, took time during her scheduled break to squeeze me in so that I didn’t have to drive back. Went above and beyond to accommodate me. Also quick and painless blood draw, I didn’t even feel it.

Waited 20 minutes after signing in on their kiosk. The TV screen showed my name with three minutes. Then it changed to 8 minutes. Then all the names disappeared. The tech came out and called the person who came in after me. My husband refused to wait any longer and we left. I will have to go back and go through this all over again. Not happy!

First time at this Quest. Waited no more than 10 min. Phlebotomist very nice, skilled and pain free! Loved the Halloween decorations. Will go here again, time permitting.

My Dr wanted a series of tests, the phlebotomist Melanie was rude, and short with the patients. Kept calling everything stupid, the Drs who order the scripts, the computer system. Was talking with the other lady about my scripts and how stupid it was that the Dr ordered something out of their norm. Made me feel like something was wrong with me, I can't help what the Dr ordered and I'm glad he ordered it to give me the best care. I was not given the best care here. Instead of settling my nerves only made them worse

The employees don't seem to care about their jobs or being helpful. I watched as they sit and do nothing to help the growing line of people. It took almost an hour even with an appointment.
