Complete garbage support by mindless automatons. Each person will tell you to "Google" a form or a site in order to file a complaint. They won't even email you the correct form or guide you through their site to get it. They refuse to let you speak to a manager because "they are not allowed". They won't even give you management's name. A team is only as good as their leader. Explains why we have this pay problem; they've got the dumbest people working on it.
