I would love to give a 5 star rating, unfortunately, I am unable to provide justification. I have adequate MSP/RPO Staffing experience and I can confirm without a doubt that the entire staff need help with their interpersonal communication & follow up/through. I'm not sure whether or not the staff is selective in their choice of which contractor to keep in touch with or which contractor to support, but the lack of communication/support/experience is detrimental to sustaining any acquisition/client/account. I understand that as a company the Account Manager/Talent Acquisition Team should keep the line of communication open with their client/s, however the communication and support should extend to the contractor as well. How else would the company expect to keep a great caliber of contractors? Communication is key in order to keep all parts running effectively!
