I was pleasantly surprised with ProRecruiters. I met with Becky in early August for a high-level professional position that was eventually given to someone internal to the client company. I did not expect to be contacted again; however, Becky called me regarding a different opportunity for which I am qualified, and I was given an offer. If not for Becky I would never have known about the position. She did a wonderful job and I would not hesitate to recommend her or ProRecruiters.

I would love to give a 5 star rating, unfortunately, I am unable to provide justification. I have adequate MSP/RPO Staffing experience and I can confirm without a doubt that the entire staff need help with their interpersonal communication & follow up/through. I'm not sure whether or not the staff is selective in their choice of which contractor to keep in touch with or which contractor to support, but the lack of communication/support/experience is detrimental to sustaining any acquisition/client/account. I understand that as a company the Account Manager/Talent Acquisition Team should keep the line of communication open with their client/s, however the communication and support should extend to the contractor as well. How else would the company expect to keep a great caliber of contractors? Communication is key in order to keep all parts running effectively!

I'm still having a great experience working through Pro Recruiters at American Airlines. Pro Recruiters have always been very helpful when I have any questions regarding my hours or paycheck.

Prorecruiters contacted me for a position which I enjoyed once I learned everything. However, although I contacted them a month in advance of contract end they did not have another position for me. Agencies need to look ahead when an associate reminds them of contract end.

In the past year I moved to the area and had very few contacts. I tried to find employment through Indeed, as well as another employment agency, but ProRecruiters was the only one that got me results. I have had two different temporary positions since connecting with ProRecruiters (one could have turned into a long-term position, but I was unable to accept it due to some unexpected circumstances on my end), and both companies were amazing to work for. My experience with ProRecruiters has been overall very positive.

Had a great experience with Pro Recruiters! It was easy to apply. They got me work immediately. The client company was awesome to work with. I would certainly recommend this temp agency for any professional office worker or call center agent to apply and start your path on a great career!

A bunch of rude lazy people in this office. Samantha the office manger has no customer service skills and seems to like to make excuses for her lazy work. Wont use them period
