Feedback:

My experience with the hiring and on boarding process went well. The company I worked for, (I'm an IT professional) was a large one with plenty of bureaucracy but it was otherwise a good job. However, at the first sign of issues with this company (i.e., them wanting to move me into a role I did not come on board to do, one I did not one nor would be comfortable with), ProSearch failed me. They are clearly on the side of the employer and I understand that; the employer is their client. However, they tend to treat their contract and placement staff like cattle once they put you in place. You receive the polite, cheery followups but that's it. Once placed, the recruiter pretty much disappears and any questions are shoved off to someone else. I did great work for the company, they liked me but I was not up for the bait-and-switch. So a word of caution. They may be good for you. Then again, they may not. Shop around and definitely don't take ProSearch at their first word.
