This company is a lot like the VA as an institution. They completely have a communication problem, and do not get ANYTHING done until the last minute by at which point you are dead broke and unable to pay for medications etc. Even when they know til what date you will be out, they hold your short term pay hostage until they get an update. They pay you as little as possible and tell you wrong information. As a combat veteran I’m appalled at how This company handles its customers financial needs. They also lie to you just to get you off of the phone. I had to vote one star because negative 10 is not an option....
