Very unprofessional. I applied and went in for an intial interview with the agency. At the conclusion we were instructed to email our resume to the person we met with and they would call the next day to talk about next steps and setting up interviews with companies. I sent my resume and didn’t hear back. One of the companies featured in the group interview still had the position on their company website two weeks later so I applied directly. After scheduling an interview directly with the company Prince Perelson called back about the job. I was honest about having contacted the company directly, and scheduled for an interview. Went to the interview and was told I’d hear back in a couple of days. When I didn’t hear from the company or PP, I contacted both following up. The company told me PP would be contacting me to let me know if I got the job.I’ve contacted PP three times since then and have not gotten a response. Obviously I didn’t get the job, but a simple email to let me know would be appreciated so I can focus my efforts in other places.As a job seeker, this reflects badly on PP and the company they are working for. I won’t be looking for other opportunities if they are connected to a company!!!
