This company isn't worth dealing with in my opinion. I applied through them and they scheduled a time for a phone call. They rescheduled it at the last minute to a later time so I blocked that future time out of my schedule as well. At the new time, the recruiter never called. Maybe it's just me, but I think that when you say you will call someone at a certain time you actually call them or let them know ahead of time that you won't, but maybe that's just me. I'd recommend DON'T DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. It will waste your time and energy.

I was on the hunt for a job and Melony Bustos was beyond amazing at helping me find something that was a fit. She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Everything that she did was done in a timely manner. She kept me updated on everything that was happening so that I wasn't left in the dark. I would highly recommend working with her she will do her job and more! If I could leave more stars I would!

Unprofessional, poor communication. I will never work with Prince and Perelson nor will I recommend working with them. I have been looking for a career change and applied to a posting they had on a job website. I was emailed back that they wanted to schedule an interview and I schedule it. Once I scheduled the interview they canceled the interview the next day. After sending and email about how poor and unprofessional this was I heard form Diana Y. and explained to her that I already booked last minute travel the week before Thanksgiving to make it to the interview at my own personal expense. I Met with Frankie instead of Diana Y. due to an emergency situation that came up. Having spent over $2,000 for travel and lodging expenses booking travel to make it to the interview and still they failed to even extend the common courtesy of a phone call or email to notify me of the status. I explained that I did not live within the Salt Lake City Area but was willing to relocate for the right job. I was told that he had a separate staff that focused more on professional long term employment and that someone would reach out to me that week but I have yet to hear from anyone. I told I already booked travel and hotel accommodations to travel out within 48 hours the week before Thanksgiving to meet with them. I took on the personal expenses to travel from Wisconsin to Salt Lake City for this interview along with a few others I lined up while I was going to be there. Needless to say, I never hard back from them even though they "promised" to get back with me within 24 hours." I never heard anything back from them at all. It has been nine months and I have searched and applied to countless jobs listed in their job boards but I have not heard a work back from anyone I spoke with about any of the postings I have applied for. I took time out of my own personal schedule to travel to Salt Lake to meet with someone at their office the week before Thanksgiving scheduling last minute travel and booked in extra days to stay in case something came up that was promising but never heard a work back. I see that the "owner" has requested that I give them another chance due to my posting here. I will say that I am willing to give them a second shot but the standards are going to be much higher to earn my trust back. if someone truly wants to earn my business and trust, you guys have my contact information I will spell out what I am looking for in more detail. However, I will say that I doubt that I will hear back from anyone from your business. Leaving this review up here until you make an attempt to have me edit and rewrite this review. I am only out time. This posting does not cost me any business or lost revenue. The ball is in your court. With record low unemployment, qualified candidates are hard to find, and leaving this review up here for potential candidates to see does not cost me anything. Here we are updating this post for two weeks ago in response to someone who claims to be the "owner" asking for a second chance. Well, I contacted them again about five different job openings they have listed on Zip recruiter, Indeed, and even on their website and they failed to even acknowledged that they even received my resume. So, I would recommend that any individual that is looking for a career change or looking to relocate to Salt Lake City for a different Job DO NOT CONTACT PRINCE PERELSON & Associates. they are a joke of a recruiting firm. Save yourself the time effort and energy and find a different firm. You will have better luck putting your resume else where.

I had never worked with a recruiter before, so I had no idea what to expect. This whole experience went way beyond my expectations! Melanie Bustos got me into a role that I absolutely love, and so quickly too. I never imagined I could be so happy at my job! She found the perfect fit for me personally. It really meant a lot. Very unprofessional. I applied and went in for an intial interview with the agency. At the conclusion we were instructed to email our resume to the person we met with and they would call the next day to talk about next steps and setting up interviews with companies. I sent my resume and didn’t hear back. One of the companies featured in the group interview still had the position on their company website two weeks later so I applied directly. After scheduling an interview directly with the company Prince Perelson called back about the job. I was honest about having contacted the company directly, and scheduled for an interview. Went to the interview and was told I’d hear back in a couple of days. When I didn’t hear from the company or PP, I contacted both following up. The company told me PP would be contacting me to let me know if I got the job.I’ve contacted PP three times since then and have not gotten a response. Obviously I didn’t get the job, but a simple email to let me know would be appreciated so I can focus my efforts in other places.As a job seeker, this reflects badly on PP and the company they are working for. I won’t be looking for other opportunities if they are connected to a company!!!
