We have been with Prime Point since January 1, 2018 and I could not be happier with their service .They do our payroll for a Masonry company on a weekly basis .The entire staff at Prime Point is courteous and professional. Compared to the payroll company that we had prior to them from St. Petersburg (1 star rating ), this company has far exceeded our expectations!Our account specialist Dennis Murphy is exceptionally accommodating with any last-minute changes and we could not be happier. This is how all companies should be run ,Keep up the Great work !!!Wayne

Three months ago, our company switched to Primepoint after over 20 years with our previous payroll service provider. Given the rapid changes to the tax law and overall business environment surrounding traditional payroll services, we wanted a more personalized experience, as well as a service that would act as more of a business partner than simply a vendor. So far, we have not been disappointed. The team members have been engaged and responsive, while providing professional and courteous service. We had a few unique situations that required some creative thinking, and Primepoint was up to the challenge. I was especially impressed by how hard they were willing to work to find solutions that fit our organization. It was very much evident that Primepoint works as a team across various levels of employees. Our initial salesman Jerry checked in periodically to make sure everything was going smoothly and Startup team member Dennis worked tirelessly to see us through both the various issues and my learning curve with their system.I'm happy that Primepoint is a member of our team. I would recommend them without hesitation to any business that might be looking to enhance the value of their payroll function.

Prime Point is a superb payroll provider. The transition process was very easy. Their transition team really cared about us and took the time to understand what we wanted and solved all our problems. And within the first two months we needed a one-time adjustment in one of our salaries because a mistake made by our previous payroll service provider. Prime Point helped me discover the mistake during the transition process. And they were able to easily make a one-time adjustment. I could not be more pleased with Prime Point.

Customer service rep, Aaron, was EXTREMELY knowledgeable as he helped me work through the login experience. I have tried unsuccessfully numerous times to set up my employee account but to no avail. Aaron was very patient and walked me through the process...I am so very technologically challenged. Thank you, Aaron.

I switched over from another larger payroll company because Primepoint participated in the Pay As You Go plan for our workers comp policy, which our current company did not, and I wish I had switched sooner. They had far better pricing and phenomenal service! I recommend everyone give them a shot.
