Cynthia and her team went out of their way to provide exceptional customer service to me while working on my tax return. I can’t thank them enough for the work they did. Highly recommend!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! If I could give zero or negative stars I would. This is the worst experience we have EVER had with an accountant. Not only did we pay a large amount of money to have our books done and help with taxes but after months we come to find out pretty much nothing was done and what was done wasn’t done correctly. We had to then pay another company to go in and fix the mess they created in our books. I sent multiple emails and made multiple calls to get all of my paperwork back for the new bookkeeper. Finally I showed up at the office to get all of my papers back and they said they no longer had them, then tried saying they never received any. Ummmm well if they supposedly never received ANY of our financial information (that was actually emailed and hand delivered to them) then how were they entering in anything to my books? And if nothing was entered then what was I paying for?? Bottom line, their customer service is terrible, their trade knowledge is terrible and you are just asking for a disaster doing business with this company.

We hired this accounting firm to do the accounting for our car sales portion of our business. We paid them a lot of money only to not have our booking keeping totally fouled up but also because of their mistake causing an over payment to department of revenue in the amount of $1200. This mistake alone is reason not to use them but now we are paying again to clean up the mess they made out of our books. Our new accountant has taken almost a month to get it straightened out. And of course we still don't have the over payment back either.Just like others they were never around to respond to get things fixed. Then we finally get a hold of someone only to find out that the supposedly sent out a disengagement letter.Also got billed for missed onsite appointments when they never showed up. Not only do they not have any idea on what they are doing but the customer service is terrible.Stay away from Precisely Wrong Accounting.

I would of thought that a phone call saying that you will be charging an additional $50 to do the paper work would of been nice. I also would think that a returned courtesy call, telling us our taxes were not going to be a check but rather a $2,500. payment to the IRS instead would of been nice. There is and was no confusion. Look at the reviews and judge for yourself!!!

so I've been with precisely right for about a year and in that whole entire year they have not had my quickbooks which they say they are pros at correct at all cuz they don't know how to run QuickBooks obviously. So I canceled them as my bookkeeper and told him I'd still do my taxes with them and Cynthia cancel everything so now right around tax season I get to go find a tax person which is going to be nearly impossible since I'm sure any decent tax accountant is going to be filled up so thank you so much for the inconvenience here's your one star for shity service. When your gut tells you something is wrong go with it I've had a gut feeling ever since I started doing business with them that they were screwing me over sending me $1,000 bills every 3 months and I just can't understand that especially when everything's automatic put into my quickbooks account from my bank account to my square so I just can't see spending that especially when my QuickBooks has never been correct.

I'm an office manager for an Oregon-based company, and wanted some help to confirm we were reporting sales tax in the state of Washington correctly. I reached out to Cynthia to clarify a few questions and help me create a better process for reporting. In a 20 minute phone conversation, she offered easy, efficient, and accurate solutions for me that save me the headache of QuickBook workarounds and time each month. I could not speak more highly of my experience with her - she gave me tools that help me help myself, and she did it gracefully and with professionalism.

I started as a Real Estate Broker two years ago in Lacey WA and decided to have Cynthia do my taxes (2016). I was nervous and had never needed to really write off a lot and knew I would owe the IRS a good amount. I am SO saddened by my experience. After she did my taxes for me, I received a letter from the IRS for all sorts of charges for her DOING THEM WRONG. "Failure to file on time""Failure to pay correct amount" which adds up to be about $200 worth of charges. The list just kept going on...and I'm thinking "WHAT THE HECK! THIS IS WHY I PAID SOMEONE SO MUCH MONEY!" But hold on.... it gets worse. I went into her office, emailed and phoned her and her office multiple times and got no response for weeks and whenever I went in she was never "available". By this point I have gotten another letter from the IRS charging me a late fee for the previous errors while I'm sitting here thinking my tax account SHOULD be taking care of the problem! WRONG.Finally I sit in the Precisely Right Accounting office until Cynthia decides she is "available". I explain to her my frustrations, and she says she will take care of the problem, which she eventually did. This meeting was about 45 seconds long. THEN a week later I receive an $80 bill in the mail from Precisely Right Accounting for an hour worth of "tax advise" when really all I was trying to do was get her to fix HER OWN MISTAKE.Bottom lie-- go somewhere else for tax advise. ANYWHERE ELSE.
