I recently payed off an old debt with them and I needed a deletion. They did everything they said they would. About 35 days after I payed my debt it came completely off my credit reports. They were also very friendly when I spoke with them.

I spoke with a female claiming to be employed by this company. She immediately asked me for my personal information. I refused to provide her my information. I explained that I wouldn't take their calls until I was contacted by a number that provided the company name on the caller ID. I went on to say that any further contact from unsolicited numbers would be considered harassment. I've received countless calls from them this week alone. Do not deal with these people as it is clear that they refuse to adhere to fair debt collection practices. They refuse to provide additional information regarding the company for a cease and desist letter.

These folks have called me, called me, and called me, probably twenty or more times, because of a debt incurred by someone else, with a different address, and different date of birth. I have told them they have the wrong person, but they keep calling. Awful.

These poeple are the worst examples of human beings. I get about 3-5 calls a wk from them have blocked numbers tried telling them to do not call me and still they are persistantly rude and harrassing fishing for personal information over phone immediatly as if anyone is stupid enough to just say *yea thats me, sure heres my card info and all my personal info* lmao.

They kept calling my brother saying that he owed money. It turns out they meant to contact my father. My father keeps asking for proof of the debt in print, something like a bill, to be mailed out to him. They refused and told my father to buy a "gift card" and give them the information.

After we’re all dead and buried, these people will still call. The earth could implode, then disappear into an orb of light, and somewhere, a phone would ring with them on the other end. They are supernatural, positively wicked, the sons and daughters of the Father of Lies.Do not answer their call. Do not create a payment plan of any kind, as these people are generally a last resort to collect on debts too old to take to court. If you make even the smallest payment, however, you will resurrect the debt, and they can then SUE YOU for the original and full amount. Best bet is to either answer once only to record yourself telling them to not call you again, then keep a log of their nonstop attempts to communicate anyway, and sue them for harassment, or, just ignore them completely. I ended up ignoring them completely. I get it. They’re nuts. I have a new phone number, which I’ve basically kept to myself, and they located me within three weeks. It’s downright creepy.

Opening line: "Is this so and so? Can you verify your date of birth?" Um who is this? And no I will not verify date of birth because I don't know who this is. Told her I would call the company directly to verify she was legit and she hung up. If they have real business they can send me a letter.
