I very strongly urge you not to use this location if you actually want your package and/or letter to actually be delivered to its desired location. They have lost 1 out of 2 letters that I gave them when I used USPS registered mail and 1 out of 1 packages when I used FEDEX. They also offered little to no help me in attempting to find any of the lost mail nor do they take any responsibility for your loss. It's not clear to me if they are just grossly negligent or if there is something more sinister at work (ie attempting to commit mail fraud). But in either case, save yourself the potential mental anguish/aggravation not to mention putting your personal information and/or property at risk - and GO ELSEWHERE. I think this may be the first time I have ever posted a review but Im doing this to help mankind!
