Do not spend your time, just choose different location. Employee is totally irresponsible. He wasn't at his work when supposed to be. After phone call he asked to wait one hour or more when he comes back.

The only place I mail from , international mail as well . They are always very helpful although they could really use more packaging supplies ( bubble wrap etc ) . They don’t open between 10-12:30 and the mail is collected later in the afternoon .

I very strongly urge you not to use this location if you actually want your package and/or letter to actually be delivered to its desired location. They have lost 1 out of 2 letters that I gave them when I used USPS registered mail and 1 out of 1 packages when I used FEDEX. They also offered little to no help me in attempting to find any of the lost mail nor do they take any responsibility for your loss. It's not clear to me if they are just grossly negligent or if there is something more sinister at work (ie attempting to commit mail fraud). But in either case, save yourself the potential mental anguish/aggravation not to mention putting your personal information and/or property at risk - and GO ELSEWHERE. I think this may be the first time I have ever posted a review but Im doing this to help mankind!

Called multiple times before coming to make sure they were open and someone could assist me with the type of shipment I had. Once I got here it was closed. The store next door told me the guy that works here takes a break between 10 and 12:30pm. When the guy finally did arrive they ended up not having bubble wrap, or the type of box I need to ship something very simple.Waste of time.

Hours on the banner behind the counter show this place opens at 8 am. I waited until the ferry came at 8:10 am.

They opened 15 minutes late. I waited in line only to find out their copier didn't work. The employee said "I just work here" a few times to other customers. I think he's disappointed with his owner. So am I.
