I filed my taxes with this company last year and we had an amazing experience with Micheal who unfortunately no longer works there. We went back this year assuming that we will receive the same service but we were wrong. Not only are our taxes still not filed 3 weeks later and after being reassured multiple times they are being filed today, they seemed to be completely uninformed of what things I could claim and were completely disinterested in getting us the most money out of our taxes. Gayan who is the individual who initially dealt with us on our first appointment assigned his assistant to finish our taxes. Unfortunately she does not seem to be qualified for the job. There was so much miscommunication, misunderstanding and time wasted. You are better off filing your taxes on your own. If you are looking for a service like we were who will advice you on what is most beneficial to you when it comes to taxes. This is not the place.
