I very rarely write reviews, but when someone or something outstanding crosses your path, you cannot help but spread the word. I have been a client of Tim Pettit of Pettit & Company for the past 7 ½ years. From my initial meeting with Tim all those years ago to today, I can say that Tim and his entire team have been consistently professional, thorough, and objective. Tim and his firm fought vigorously for me all the while keeping me well informed. Sometimes, what Tim had to share was not good news for me, but I appreciated his candor and honesty. He took the time to ensure I understood what was happening every step of the way. My file was not an easy or straightforward one and Tim went to battle for me every single day. What Tim had to endure was astonishing and yet, he maintained his enthusiasm and objectivity. Tim never gave up even when faced with huge challenges. His passion for the right outcome was inspiring. I will not go into detail of all of the challenges, but please be assured there were many. I write now to let you know that Tim Pettit of Pettit & Company and his team were truly stellar. Litigation is never pleasant and having a law firm that supports you, goes above and beyond, strives for the right outcome and truly cares about their clients is paramount. Intelligence, motivation, work ethic and a sense of humour are traits that Tim and his firm possess in abundance.
