I highly recommend Tim and his team.Kaitlin Green, is patient, strategic and just great all-around. She has an awesome ability to sift through all the noise and stay focused. Their attention to trying to keep bills controlled is a trait that all law firms should aspire to.

Glad I had Tim to help me settle my ICBC Claim. I was initially reluctant to get a lawyer, but a friend of mine who works for ICBC told me to contact Tim for assistance with my claim. I'm so glad I did because Tim's years of experience proved to me how with his assistance I was treated fairly. I would definitely recommend Tim, his assistant Kelly and the entire Pettit Team!

Tim represented me in a case with ICBC who were very difficult to deal with. These were some of the most stressful years of my life and I don't think I could have dealt well without Tim's help. He helped put my mind at ease, explained everything really well, and always had my best interest in mind. I can't recommend Pettit and Company enough.

I was referred to Tim by a close friend who could not say enough good things about him. After my initial meeting with Tim, I immediately felt comfortable and I knew he was my guy! He is very knowledgeable, confident, and kind hearted. He handled all 3 of my accident claims and went above and beyond from what I expected from a lawyer. He took the time to get to know me and we share the same love for nature and animals. I trust him wholeheartedly and have confidently recommended him to many. Thanks for all that you do Tim! Tim and Kaitlin have been so helpful over the past few years. After a disappointing experience with another law firm Pettit and Company exceeded my expectations and saved me thousands of dollars, and hours, in multiple cases. I regularly ask Tim for legal guidance, have never been let down, and would not hesitate to recommend this law firm.

I don't recommend to anyone, family lawyer Alexandra Booth that works in this office. She was supposed to help me and guide me through the separation and child visiting hours. She charged me over $1700.00 just for print copies some of my emails I have sent to her and she already had.Thursday at around 12 pm she phoned me and said she will no longer represent me nor she wishes to be my lawyer and I have court on Monday in regards to spousal support. I had one day to find a new lawyer who will handle my case. Don't waist your time and money on someone that is not capable of doing their job at all. For $340 + tax I didn't even get a legal advise from her, she made mistakes on my court documents ( she even wrote my address for service wrong) I'm sure you can find a lawyer who will defend your rights. Alexandra is there to go in court only to agree with the opposing counsel. You’re setting yourself up for a great loss if you hire Alexandra Booth to represent your case in the Court House.

I very rarely write reviews, but when someone or something outstanding crosses your path, you cannot help but spread the word. I have been a client of Tim Pettit of Pettit & Company for the past 7 ½ years. From my initial meeting with Tim all those years ago to today, I can say that Tim and his entire team have been consistently professional, thorough, and objective. Tim and his firm fought vigorously for me all the while keeping me well informed. Sometimes, what Tim had to share was not good news for me, but I appreciated his candor and honesty. He took the time to ensure I understood what was happening every step of the way. My file was not an easy or straightforward one and Tim went to battle for me every single day. What Tim had to endure was astonishing and yet, he maintained his enthusiasm and objectivity. Tim never gave up even when faced with huge challenges. His passion for the right outcome was inspiring. I will not go into detail of all of the challenges, but please be assured there were many. I write now to let you know that Tim Pettit of Pettit & Company and his team were truly stellar. Litigation is never pleasant and having a law firm that supports you, goes above and beyond, strives for the right outcome and truly cares about their clients is paramount.
