Was told not enough experience. Not sure why been driving for 20 years and carpooling my kids around for most of the year for the past 18 years . I driven from slc to nv to Cali .So many times I can't count . All i feel I do is drive and the job was driving from Las Vegas to mesquite 3 times while on your shift. So I feel it wasn't the real reason . Reviews showed it was not a good company but I figured I wouldn't rely on others opinions and try for the job anyways. I mean it's driving what I love to do anyways so I figured I'd have a good chance of being hired it fit around my kids schedule and it was part time and perfect. So maybe all the bad reviews are correct. Don't feel I was given the real truth of why I wasn't being hired . It's their loss and I didn't care the pay was so low. But wish the best for others and wish the best for the company to take these reviews serious and learn and grow on how to make them into good reviews. Because when there's so many bad reviews it can't be all the people just being mad but seems the company needs better employees with management and hr. Or new training. Good luck to the company and anyone who applies.
