Terrible company. No one answers the phone and the attitude of the staff are unacceptable. Also made me wait more than two weeks for my paycheck. When I called and ask why, payroll was very unhelpful and didn’t care.

I was called for the job to be a test driver. After going over the app online three times and several voicemail messages Ive yet to be called back. Not to mention that the voicemail was one similar to that of a common cell phone. Very unprofessional.

This place is a joke I was fired for not meeting the amout of cars to do which was 40 but some days I would hit it most of the time there was not enough cars or I was sick but didn’t call off so they’d get a bit less then expected told them I couldn’t do something if it’s not there asked to speak to someone higher up in the company to explain the situation and she would not transfer me and basically told me to bad there isn’t nothing we can do. Also emailed them about the situation and this so called professional company didn’t even respond

Was told not enough experience. Not sure why been driving for 20 years and carpooling my kids around for most of the year for the past 18 years . I driven from slc to nv to Cali .So many times I can't count . All i feel I do is drive and the job was driving from Las Vegas to mesquite 3 times while on your shift. So I feel it wasn't the real reason . Reviews showed it was not a good company but I figured I wouldn't rely on others opinions and try for the job anyways. I mean it's driving what I love to do anyways so I figured I'd have a good chance of being hired it fit around my kids schedule and it was part time and perfect. So maybe all the bad reviews are correct. Don't feel I was given the real truth of why I wasn't being hired . It's their loss and I didn't care the pay was so low. But wish the best for others and wish the best for the company to take these reviews serious and learn and grow on how to make them into good reviews. Because when there's so many bad reviews it can't be all the people just being mad but seems the company needs better employees with management and hr. Or new training. Good luck to the company and anyone who applies.

This place is very unprofessional and poor management. I worked there 6 months and I endured being put in unsafe vehicles, being left by your group in a no cell signal area, threaten by coworkers, racial comments from your so called supervisors, poor pay, no communication, and they don't listen or respect you. After the supervisor got into my face after defending myself because a co-worker threaten me I had to quite. My family was on the phone during the supervisor being disrespectful and we all felt it wasn't a safe place. Not to mention I had video and sent it to the company HR and they didn't respond. Very poor company!

Not a great place to work at all. The management don’t follow their own rules, but will hold people accountable for the rules. All of the routes that we drive on are outdated (from 2015). We basically have to rewrite them on the fly to avoid dirt roads that make up a good 25% of the routes. They pay minimum wage for people to do the work of an entry level engineer. They over-schedule people and end up sending them home or calling them off the night before, so you likely won’t get the hours you need unless you’re fighting to the front of the line. They have an attendance policy that no one seems to really know. I recently asked the attendance record keeper about my attendance, and she didn’t know what the attendance policy was. This is a good job if you’re desperate, because they’ll pretty much hire anyone who can drive. It’s also a good side gig if you just want some extra money.

I enjoyed the job when I first started guranteed i rarely got hours but a couple months ago i was terminated cause i was accused of speeding even though I wasn't speeding a very bad company to work for I wouldn't even reccomend this to my worst enemy

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!!!!!! If you know what’s best for your mental health and physical health you will not work here!!!!! You are a human crash test dummy at this place because when you hire in you sign a waiver stating if you get injured in a accident you cannot sue them or Ford!!! But if you get injured you better sue because every vehicle on any public road should have proper working safety equipment on it and just cause it has a M plate does not mean it is exempt from state laws!!! If you wanna be threatened every week you work there then go ahead and work for this company!!!!
