I have no intention to defame the organization, but I would like to share my experience:I got a cal from recruitment director and he schedules my appointment for Operations Manager position.I asked if few rounds can be conducted over the phone, or over GVC, he said will have to come to office, had to spend 1120 rs for cab for round trip and one round interview happened which included HR and OPS.After 30 mins interview they negotiated on salary part, shift, etc and asked me to wait for 10 mins.After an hour of wait I asked receptionist to call someone for an update, he dialed to HR and she told me over the phone, sorry we could not consider your profile for this role.I am not asking that give me job because I have come to your office, but at least share some valuable feedback so that candidate have some idea on what ground you are rejecting. Take rounds over phone and if it fits then only call people.
