The team at Peer Source is by far the best recruiting partners for both the candidates and the customers. They genuinely care about people. While working with them I had the opportunity to build two different IT teams. One in Enterprise Applications and one in a Enterprise PMO. It was important to me that Peer Source care about the candidates as much as they cared about the client side of the business and I saw that many times over. If the employee is happy they will perform better. The team also takes time to get to know both the client and the candidate as a person which meant that they understood what I needed and the type of person who fit well in the organization. They've never failed me or my team with placements.
