Worst customer service I have ever experienced...unable to get in contact with anyone EVER. Hard to find a contact website, a phone number, or even to get a response to the email they tell you to contact with cancellation requests. Don't waste your time or money--just purchase materials through amazon/chegg/barnes and noble. This company is a scam.
