Absolutely awful company and customer service. Paychecks are often late, customer service reps cannot answer questions, if,you call three people and ask the same question you'll get three different answers. If you leave a call back number, they just don't call you back.Worst thing is, they have a monopoly, you cannot switch companies. They have no incentive to better themselves because there's absolutely no consequences to their horrendous business practices. Doesn't matter if the attendants get paid because they get paid regardless.

This is my second week without pay some bull about entering my birthday in wrong so they hadn’t issued me my money yet... first they had my birthday June 30 1995 I told them it was June 3rd then they entered June 3rd 2019 as my birthday.. I wouldn’t recommend nobody to this company

Worked for them for 11 year now... I lost my housing and car because I wasn’t paid from nov 2017 to feb2018... Ive even had them to deposit a whole pay check into a partially closed account. I’m currently on hold to ask where my money is as today is pay day. To file a complaint for unpaid wages under the FLSA, you may either go to the WHD, which may pursue a complaint on your behalf, or file your own lawsuit in court (which may require you to hire an attorney). Do not delay in contacting the WHD or your state agency to file a claim.

My service facilitator has sent several requests to get us added to the system so I can hire my aide. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told she wouldn’t be able to help me and was advised thanks for calling and the rep disconnected.

The only reason I gave them 1 star is because I couldn't give them a BIG ZERO!!!!! We have had the absolute worst experience with this company!!!! Their online portal sucks, we constantly have issues submitting timesheets and their incompetent customer service reps offer no resolution EVER!! They constantly place blame on us instead of taking responsibility for how awful their service is!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you're looking at this company to possibly use, find another one! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!

Why are we letting these people get away with this? All these people they are messing over need to band together and file a Class Action suit against them ! We have all the proof we need. My grand Daughter has been working for these clowns for 3 Months and haven't received a dime! I am just finding out about this fraudulent Outfit. But I am fixing to get busy!
