Overall Feedback:

Absolutely awful company and customer service. Paychecks are often late, customer service reps cannot answer questions, if,you call three people and ask the same question you'll get three different answers. If you leave a call back number, they just don't call you back.Worst thing is, they have a monopoly, you cannot switch companies. They have no incentive to better themselves because there's absolutely no consequences to their horrendous business practices. Doesn't matter if the attendants get paid because they get paid regardless.
