Extremely disappointed. New system was full of glitches and issues. Left Paychex because the service was awful and ended up with good service, but a terrible product. Lost lots of time and money. Had to switch again after 4 payrolls when problems were not resolved. Went to another large service - not one issue from the get go as it should have been with Paysphere. Issues - does not allow you to enter your own pay date range that should be included on paychecks, had to request employee "hours worked" show up on their pay stubs and was made to feel like my request was out of the ordinary, system did not deduct vacation time, convoluted payroll process, general ledger never matched my downloads in Quickbooks, and much more. Paid $500 in set up fees, which I will likely not get back. My new service - no set up fee and 4 months free and no issues from day one.
