Client Review on Payroll Services, LLC

Feedback:

I do not recommend for small business owners. Been with them 7 months. They are too expensive. I was charged $49 and no longer have employees. I understand there were things to be done even with no employees, but to charge the full amount is not acceptable. Should be way less. You had nothing to data input! I asked to meet the owner, he couldn’t even make time to meet me, the client. His email reply didn’t suggest a later date, just pretty much a one liner - no thanks! Why because I learned he’s not only payroll but is also in my industry! So my competitor, oh really?! However, he did make time to smooze my accountant to win my business! His last email was so unprofessional, full of emotions while client attacking. Not a well thought out response. Research online payroll companies nationwide. I learned I was paying triple on a monthly basis! 1 star is too much!
