I leave all the details to Payroll Services. We have a lot of employees in states across the country, and they keep all the specific withholding and unemployment insurance amounts straight so that I don't go crazy. And when we have a question, they figure out the answer!

4U Inspection Services has been using Payroll Services, LLC since 2017 and they have been outstanding to work with. Robin Dunnigan is a magical wizard who is able to explain processes in layman's terms and waves her magic wand to work out my mishaps. She always answers her phone or responds back quickly with a smile and positive attitude you can hear over the phone. I'm so glad that we switched to Payroll Services and the easy automated system that allows me to enter my payroll seamlessly.

I’ve been using Payroll Services for a couple years now. I always hear about small business owners complaining about all the time they spend “running payroll.” I don’t understand what they mean. I respond to a bi-weekly email and say “run payroll.” That’s all it takes with Payroll Services. They have been great. They also took the extra step to provide me with a service to help run my 401k and healthcare.

Staff is very friendly and always helpful. Transition from old company was seamless and easy to implement. Someone always answers the phone when we call and questions are answered within 24 hours.
